1. You apply for your tax refund either through one of our online reg forms or after using one of the free tax refund calculators
   
   
2. We’ll set you up with a free Tax Tracker account. This is a secure online area in which you can view all the activity on your file. We’ll post copies of all our correspondence with you there and you can also download any forms you need.
   
   
3. We’ll send you out a tax pack. The tax pack contains the forms that we need you to sign in order to authorise us to apply for the tax refund on your behalf. We’ll also get as much information as we can from you so we can make sure you get the maximum tax refund legally available.
   
   
4. Once you complete a signed tax pack, we’ll prepare your tax return and send it to the relevant tax office.
   
   
5. We’ll keep in touch with the tax office on a weekly basis to see how your refund is progressing.
   
   
6. Once your tax refund comes back to us, our Payments Team will get in touch with you to get your preferred payment details.
   
   
7. We’ll transfer your refund to you.
   
   
8. You can go and spend it!
