#TaxTipsIreland #Events #Featured

Since March 2020, almost every business in Ireland has experienced a monumental shift in the way we work.

In fact, our approach to doing business and the expectations we have of our employers and working environment have evolved for the better.

On 29 June (2pm), Taxback.com are hosting an Employee Wellbeing Summit to explore the theme of the 'Future of Employee Wellbeing in Ireland'.

Our panel includes speakers from across a range of industry types who will debate the evolution of workplace wellbeing, financial wellbeing and emotional wellbeing.

This free to attend event is also an opportunity for Irish business leaders to proactively engage, network and offer guidance as we learn to navigate this new way of working.

Places at the Summit are limited. To save your seat, simply complete the short form here.

Below we will outline what you can expect at the Employee Wellbeing Summit.

What is the Employee Wellbeing Summit 2021?

Attendees of the Employee Wellbeing Summit will enjoy panel discussions on three pillar topics:

Workplace Wellbeing

As countless companies around Ireland announce a home/office hybrid approach to working – we'll explore the potential impact this may have on traditional working norms. How have our expectations changed and what will the new working environment look like?

Emotional Wellbeing

It's been a challenging year for us all. And as we slowly reintegrate our personal and working lives, we'll consider the impact of the pandemic and highlight actionable tools employers can avail of to support their employees with the transition.

Financial Wellbeing

We know that supporting employees' financial wellbeing is an integral part of creating a healthy workplace where people can flourish. In this section, we'll explore the innovative ways in which companies are delivering financial support initiatives to their employees.

Who are the key speakers at the Employee Wellbeing Summit?

It has been proven that mental health and financial security are intrinsically linked.
